F5ULTRA FW Pro Screed Ultra (Bag & Bottle)

Pro-Screed Ultra is a rapid setting, 2 part latex polymer levelling and smoothing compound with excellent flow and adhesion properties. Rapid Setting walk on after 80 minutes install floorcoverings after 3 hours

Long open time for ease of use. Application depth 2-22mm.
Excellent flow an application properties.
Suitable for use over old adhesive residues.
Moisture tolerant can be used above and below DPM’s.
No priming necessary on most subfloors. Perfect for timber substrates.
Suitable for use with underfloor heating systems.
Very low odour.

Walk on time: 80 Minutes

Working time: Approximately 20 minutes

Apply Floorcoverings: Typically 3 hrs (2 hrs for ceramic tiles)

Compressive strength: C20 after 28 days

Application thickness: 2-22mm
